This Refund Policy forms part of the agreement between you, the website visitor, customer, and user and XpressTech (Pty) Ltd (Reg No: 2024/567993/07) (“XpressTech”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) and such shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Refunds for Non-Defective Returns
For non-defective returns, a restocking fee of 10% is applicable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Defective Products Within 6 Months
Under the CPA, customers may request a repair, replacement, or refund for defects identified within 6 months of delivery.
XpressTech will work with the supplier to facilitate the resolution in line with CPA guidelines.
Defective Products After 6 Months
After 6 months, defect claims are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Claims cannot be processed if the warranty period has expired.
Processing of Refunds
Refunds are processed within 30 business days after the return is inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to an XpressTech error.
