Prices displayed include VAT (Value-Added Tax) as per South African law.

Orders and Payment

Delivery of Products

Delivery Areas & Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, size, and weight of the order and are provided at checkout.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the goods are handed over to the courier.
Non-Deliverable Locations: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, farms, mines or outside South Africa.
Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed due to factors outside of our control, such as courier delays.
XpressTech does not offer direct warranties but facilitates claims with manufacturers and suppliers in accordance with the Warranty and Returns Policy:
Supplier-Based Warranties: Warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer or supplier. XpressTech only assists in the claim process.
Returns & Refunds: You have the right to return goods within 7 business days of receipt under the cooling-off period as outlined in the Consumer Protection Act. Non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Defective Products: If a product is found defective, you may claim a repair, replacement, or refund within 6 months under the Consumer Protection Act.
XpressTech and its suppliers are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profit.
Our maximum liability to you for any product sold is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
