At XpressTech, we strive to ensure that all products meet our quality standards. While XpressTech does not provide direct warranties, we assist customers with warranty claims through the suppliers or manufacturers.
Supplier-Based Warranties
Warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer or supplier. XpressTech does not issue warranties independently.
Warranty terms vary by product and depend on the supplier’s policies.
Coverage of Warranty Claims
Warranties cover manufacturing defects or malfunctions under normal use. They do not cover wear and tear, damage due to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Proof of Purchase Required
Warranty claims require proof of purchase, such as the original invoice or receipt.
Non-Transferable
Warranties apply only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
Claim Procedure
To file a warranty claim, contact XpressTech with a detailed description, supporting images or videos, and proof of purchase.
The product should be returned to XpressTech or the supplier per their requirements, at the customer’s expense.
Supplier’s Decision
The supplier will assess the product and determine if the defect is covered. XpressTech will communicate their decision to the customer.
Exclusions
Warranty claims are void if damage is due to misuse, handling errors, or unauthorized modifications.
