This Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of the agreement between you, the website visitor, customer, and user and XpressTech (Pty) Ltd (Reg No: 2024/567993/07) (“XpressTech”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) and such shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

We will notify you of any changes made by updating the “Last Updated” date of this Policy. You waive any right to receive specific notice of each change.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Policy.

Shipping and Delivery
Our Couriers
At XpressTech we strive to ensure efficient and secure delivery of your purchased products. In order to provide the best possible service, we have partnered with The Courier Guy (hereafter “TCG”). XpressTech reserves the right to use alternative courier companies to fulfill any special delivery requests.
Delivery Fee Calculation
The delivery fee will be calculated during checkout. You will be provided with the price for delivery based on your location. All deliveries carry a cost of R100. The delivery lead times and pricing vary depending on your location. From time to time, XpressTech may run promotions that may grant you free delivery. Should your order qualify, the free delivery service will be presented to you during checkout.
Shipping Lead Times
The average lead time between order placement and courier handover is between one (1) and five (5) business days. This lead time depends on the product’s availability, the products location and payment methods.
Order Cut off times are 14:00, any orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
We will do our best to ensure these lead times are kept to a minimum.
These leads times are not guarantees and XpressTech is in no way obligated to ensure shipping within the lead time of one (1) to five (5) business days and you (the user and/or customer) hereby understand and agree that the shipping lead times are an average.
Large volume orders, special requests and custom-built computers may require longer lead times. XpressTech will always notify you of any delays to a delivery as soon as we become aware of them.
Delivery Lead Times
The average delivery lead time is dependent on location and the type of are being delivered to. The average lead time for delivery is typically between two (2) and five (5) days.
Delivery Restrictions
Orders are only delivered on business days and during business hours. TCG does not collect over weekends and public holidays.
A full physical address is required in order to fulfill deliveries. Deliveries are only done door-to-door.
We cannot deliver to the following locations:
PO Boxes
Farms
Mines
TCG typically makes deliveries between 08:00 and 17:00 on business days.
We do not offer deliveries to addresses outside the Republic of South Africa.
